Our Practice has succeeded in overturning two administrative decisions whereby the request of two displaced applicants for provision of housing aid was rejected. The Court declared the administrative decisions null and with no effect on the grounds that the administration had exceeded the reasonable time allowed for issuing the decisions, thus resulting in the amendment of the financial eligibility criteria, which excluded the applicants.
