Our Practice offers representation before the Administrative Court and/or Supreme Court and administrative authorities for the resolution of disputes arising from administrative decisions and/or actions, i.e. granting of planning and building permits, issuing of vocational licenses, awarding public tenders, appointment and/or promotion in public offices, rejection of applications for visa, citizenship, imposition of taxes, etc. We can assist you prior to the submission of an application or request to the authorities by advising you on how to structure your position in the most appropriate way to obtain administrative approval. Also by representing you before any competent authority to forward your queries and requests as well as after the issuance of an administrative action and/or decision in case of dispute, by representing you in the promotion of an administrative recourse before the Administrative Court. Such an administrative recourse has to be submitted within 75 days from the date of receipt of the notification of the administrative decision and/or action or from the knowledge of such administrative decision and/or action. Furthermore we may represent you before the Supreme Court in appeals against the rulings of the Administrative Court.
