Kyriaki Hadjithoma (Mrs.) is the founder of the Practice. Kyriaki is a qualified lawyer registered with the Cyprus Bar Association since 2007 and a qualified registered Mediator for Civil & Commercial Disputes. She studied law in the School of Law, Political and Fiscals Studies, Law Department, of Aristotle University, Thessaloniki, Greece, where she graduated with Merit. She then returned to Cyprus where she completed her traineeship and passed the Legal Council Exams with Merit. She was then registered as a lawyer with the Kyrenia Bar Association and Cyprus Bar Association. Kyriaki was also awarded an LLM in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Manchester, School of Law. She is fluent In Greek, English, and elementary-level Spanish. She is also a holder of a diploma in the Turkish language.

Over the years Kyriaki has gained valuable experience working with high-profile as well as boutique law firms. Her expertise extends to the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Contract Law, Administrative Law, Family Law, Wills & Succession Law, Immovable Property Law, Trusts Law, and Immigration Law.
